ITINERARIES:

• DAYS 1 - LISBON OR PORTO / LONDON

Passengers at airport and flight to London. Arrival and transfer to hotel. Accommodation. London is a vibrant, cosmopolitan and multicultural and full of history, culture and legacy of more than 300 museums and art galleries.

• DAYS 2 - LONDON / CAMBRIDGE /YORK / HARROGATE-WASHINGTON

Departure from London to the university city of Cambridge. Continue to York - visit the splendid cathedral and stroll through the city streets. Dinner and accommodation in Harrogate or Washington.

•  DAYS 3 – HARROGATE-WASHINGTON/ DURHAM / JEDBURGH / EDIMBURGO

Trip to Durham and short visit of the town. Continued northward and input in Scotland by Jedburgh. Free time. Arrival in Edinburgh mid-afternoon, across the lowlands of Scotland. Panoramic tour of this illustrious city. At night, dinner optional with typical Scottish folklore. Accommodation.

•   DAYS 4 – EDIMBURGO /STIRLING /TROSSACHS / GLASGOW

 Morning free for sightseeing as you like. At noon, departure to visit the Trossachs National Park. Crossings Stirling and Callander. Visit to a whiskey distillery to observe the process of production of the famous national drink of Scotland. Arrival in Glasgow, dinner and accommodation.

•  DAYS 5 - GLASGOW / THE LAKE DISTRICT / CHESTER / LIVERPOOL

 Exit south to Gretna Green. After a brief hiatus, already in British territory up to the district of Lagos, a place of inspiration for poets and writers in English. Free time on the shores of Lake Windemare. Continue to Chester and brief stroll. Arrival in Liverpool and panoramic tour of the birthplace of the famous Beatles. Dinner and accommodation.

•   DAYS 6 – LIVERPOOL / STRATFORD /COTSWOLDS / OXFORD / LONDON

Exit toward Starford-Upon Avon a charming town on the River Avon and birthplace of playwright William Shakespeare. Short sightseeing tour and free time. Continue through the picturesque towns of the Cotswolds to the university city of Oxford. Short walk to admire the magnificent colleges. Return to London and arrive at 18h00. Accommodation.

•  DAYS 7 – LONDON

 Free day for personal activities. Possibility of excursions optional. Accommodation

•  DAYS 8 – LONDON / LISBON OR PORTO

 Transportation to the airport and flight to Portugal. Arrival.
